Within days he was correctly diagnosed and underwent intricate, lifesaving surgery—something few vets would attempt. Thanks to their skill and compassion, Milo is now recovering well. It’s such a relief to have found a practice with the knowledge and dedication to care for exotics and small animals. Milo may have a tiny body, but he has enormous spirit. I recently took Blaze to see Helen as I was concerned about him. Helen took great care to listen to my concerns and examined him and observed his behaviours carefully. I left feeling really reassured and with a mutually agreed care plan going forward. At Sandbeck I never feel that our pets are 'just an animal'. The staff are always friendly and give advice where ever necessary . We lost our jack Russell last night and the staff were very kind . Now we have Rocco and Lola and the staff are very good with them and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else .
